• 1. Make sure that all the fields are empty on the front side of SURPRISE FORM, while purchasing.
• 2. SURPRISE FORM can be obtained from authorized dealers of RUDN Enclave only and could be verified by dealer's stamp.
• 3. It is mandatory to verify that the 20 Rupees currency note on the FORM is not fake.
• 4. Physical verification can be done by visiting the RUDN Enclave Head Office.
